Bar La Victoria is one of the classics. Almost the definition of a good, costa rican chinchorro, which could be defined as a place with ridiculously cheap alcohol, non-existing hygiene, pictures of scantily clad ladies on the wall and a padlock on the door of the ladies´room if they have one.
